Night Tour of Chandigarh
After meeting up at Fish Fountain at your chosen time, we will head to closeby laser show fountain where you will catch a magical, musical performance of lights, music, and a lot of water!
After enjoying this brilliant event for half an hour, we will stroll through the nearby streets with endless rows of food stalls and artisan shops. Here, we will begin our tasting of traditional Indian gastronomy, during which, you will try up to 7 different plates!
We will try delicious appetizers such as chole kulcha, a type of flatbread which is usually served accompanied by chickpeas; the paratha, another bread which is fried and filled with vegetables; the papri chaat, small wafers often served with potatoes and yogurt; and traditional sweets, tea, and other snacks.
After the tasting, we will continue exploring the nightlife of Chandigarh. You will have time to do some shopping in the Tibetan market, which is very popular among the local population for its quality wool products. You can even try your hand at the local art of haggling.
Continuing with our walk, you will encounter a magnificent traditional Gurudwara Sahib Sikh temple. Close by is the idyllic Moonlight Park where our tour finally comes to an end.
