Guide was quite good. However, it is a park, the only good thing that Civitatis actually offered was the transportation from hotel to the park. You should make clear that it is a park and everything is done inside to the park. I bought this tour because it looked like a tour, but it was a park like disneyland

We regret that the service was not quite up to expectations. However, we can confirm that it took place, as usual, according to the description on our website. We appreciate and take note of your comments in order to assess possible improvements.

Our tour guide My made sure we saw the most of Sun World even with bad weather. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. Ba Na Hills was very good and I highly recommend picking the option with lunch. It gives you access to a buffer that has a wide variety of food to select from and quite tasty.
