On this scuba diving experience in Punta Cana, you'll have the opportunity to swim with sharks in the waters of Cabeza de Toro Beach. Are you brave enough?
Are you an experienced diver visiting Punta Cana? If so, don't miss out on the opportunity to dive with sharks at Cabeza de Toro Beach. We'll pick you up from your hotel at the indicated time and head to the port where the boat will be waiting for us to take us to enjoy an incredible experience in the open sea.
Once we're ready, we'll set sail until we reach a strategic point where reef sharks are found. After giving you the diving equipment, we'll prepare our oxygen tanks while we anchor in the best place to dive. Are you ready for two dives?
On the first dive, we'll dive to a depth of 22 metres (72 feet) in search of these magnificent animals. We'll swim through reef gardens and, when you least expect it, we'll see the sharks swimming calmly in front of our eyes. We'll watch their cadence as they move through the water while other little fish swim close behind them.
Afterwards, we'll return to the boat to prepare for the second dive, where we'll find a sunken ship and another reef area. This time, we'll dive to 16 metres (52 feet) as we explore the remains of an old ship that nature has invaded with underwater flora.
Finally, we'll set sail for our return journey and bring this 6-hour experience to an end at your hotel.
As this experience includes 2 dives to great depth, it's necessary to have an Advanced Open Water Diver International Certificate or similar, which certifies that you are prepared to dive up to 22 metres (72 feet).
