Sail the turquoise waters of Samaná Bay on this catamaran cruise, in which we'll visit Cayo La Farola and Cayo Levantado. We'll also go snorkelling!
At the indicated time, we'll meet near the Malecón de Samaná or at the hotels in Las Galeras or Las Terrenas. Once we're all ready, we'll go to the private dock where the catamaran awaits us ready to cruise along Samaná Bay. All aboard!
After 1.5 hours of sailing, we'll arrive at the place where an old sunken ferry rests. There, we'll anchor and, once prepared with the snorkelling equipment, we'll dive into the crystalline waters. For an hour, we'll admire how marine life has devoured the remains of this ship over time. You'll be amazed by the power of nature!
Afterwards, we'll return to the catamaran to set sail in search of Cayo La Farola, a perfect place to continue snorkelling for another 30 minutes. The underwater landscapes surrounding this key are some of the most amazing in Samaná Bay.
After exploring this natural enclave, we'll sail to the famous Cayo Levantado. We'll drop anchor off this iconic islet for a delicious buffet lunch on board. You'll be served salads, yucca arepas, chicken, fish and the traditional moro de guandules, all accompanied by refreshing soft drinks.
Later, you'll have free time to relax on the beach of Cayo Levantado and enjoy a well-deserved open rum bar on board the catamaran.
Finally, we'll sail for another hour in Samaná Bay until we reach the initial meeting point, where we'll say goodbye 7 hours later.
During the booking process, you can choose between pickup at your hotel in Las Galeras or Las Terrenas, or pickup at a meeting point in Samaná. If you choose hotel pickup, we'll pick you up at 8 am.
