Day Trip Details
At the designated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Lima to set off to the region of Ica, located on the southern coast of Peru. Ready to embark on a unique experience that combines history, nature, and mystery?
Along the way, we'll make a stop so you can grab some breakfast. After a 3-hour journey, we'll arrive at Paracas, where we'll embark on a boat tour to explore the Ballestas Islands, an archipelago known for its rich biodiversity.
During approximately 2 hours, we'll sail among its islets and admire the local fauna. In this wild and stunning environment, you'll spot birds, sea lions, and if you're lucky, even Humboldt penguins!
After visiting the Ballestas Islands, we'll continue toward the Nazca aerodrome, where we'll go on a sightseeing flight on an aircraft over the enigmatic Nazca Lines. These impressive figures, up to 656 feet (200 meters) long, extend across the desert and can only be fully admired from above. On this 30 to 35-minute flight, you'll be able to discover these ancient lines that still remain a mystery.
After our flight, we'll head to the Huacachina Oasis, a picturesque and unexpected site in the middle of the Peruvian Desert. Here, you'll walk on the dunes, and afterward, you'll have time to grab some lunch. Once we've eaten, we'll begin our journey back to Lima and say our goodbyes at your hotel after this 16.5-hour day trip.
