Day 1
At the scheduled time, we'll pick you up from your preferred pickup point in Lima and set off for the village of San Pedro de Casta. We'll stop in the village and stroll through its charming streets before having lunch. Our lunch menu will include soup, a main course and a drink.
After lunch, we'll go on a 3-hour hike across the Marcahuasi plateau, which dominates the landscape at an altitude of 13,100 feet (4,000 metres). We'll walk at a steady pace and make it to the highest point in time to see a beautiful sunset.
Once the sun has set, we'll sit around a campfire under the stars. We'll then spend the night at the campsite.
